Offering Support
Postpartum services are for families with a new baby 0-3 months old. I currently am available for work between 8:30am and 9pm.
Goals will be set for individually for each shift. Sometimes that looks like coffee and emotional conversations, sometimes it's a shower or a nap! I respect your parenting goals and strive to help the entire family unit adjust.
The most commonly requested services are:
Assistance with newborn care such as diapering, bathing, feeding & comforting
Birth debriefing or emotional support (being a new parent is HARD!)
Baby wearing basics
Light housekeeping while you rest
Meal prep or cooking.
Rate: $25/hour
