Over 30% of families have significant trauma symptoms as a result of their birth experience.  You are not alone.

  • Did you have a birth that didn't go according to plan?

  • Are you finding yourself playing parts of your birth over and over to try and make sense of it?

  • Do smells, sights, or sounds that remind you of your birth throw you into a panic or negatively effect your mood?

If any of these ring true for you, I'm here for you.

  • can fostering resilience and confidence.

  • can help prevent re-traumatization in your next birth

  • can help you view your birth as a whole; not just the scary parts

  •  you get to talk with someone who has an extensive background in trauma counseling, advocacy, and has attended many births as a doula.

In a two-hour session, we will sit down together and talk about your labor/delivery experiences and how they are affecting you now.  This can take place in the comfort of your own home or virtually.  My goal is to help you feel understood, heard, and comforted.

Whether you gave birth three years ago or last month, I want you to know that you are worthy of feeling better.
