Virtual Intro Meeting (15 minutes)

One 2 hour in-person meeting

We will review hospital birth options, identify your goals and preferences, discuss what to expect during labor and delivery, review common comfort measures, and discuss ways labor support can help.

Virtual Meeting between 36 and 38 weeks (30 minutes)

Get answers to follow up questions, adjust your birth plans based on any changes during your pregnancy, discuss packing for the hospital, and receive encouragement before your big day!

Two highly individualized prenatal meetings where we discuss: hospital birth options and interventions, identify your goals & preferences to make a birth plan, practice advocacy skills for informed consent, build coping tools & comfort measures, partner support & coaching, and planning for postpartum.

On call preparedness from 38-41 weeks.

Texting/phone/virtual support in early labor

Continuous in-person labor support from active labor at the hospital through 1-2 hours postpartum.

One postpartum visit during your hospital stay or once you are at home for support, to identify the need for referrals, and a review of your birth.
Booking fee of $400 is due at signing, remainder is due in full by 36 weeks.
