BIRTH DOULA PACKAGE

Childbirth can be an overwhelming and challenging experience.  As your doula, I will be right by your side during labor to assist with hands-on comfort measures, emotional support, partner involvement, and tips & tricks to encourage a smooth labor and delivery.  We work together as a team and I'm there to support the goals and desires specific to your family.

Think of me as a trail guide:  I'm familiar with the path, I help you keep hiking when you're tired, and know special tricks to help you reach the finish line!
