BIRTHING PLANNING PACKAGE

$250

Work with an experienced doula to help you gain peace of mind as you create a birth preferences plan, learn what to expect during labor/delivery in a hospital setting, and welcome your baby with confidence.  

 

*there is no labor support in this package*

 

Details:

  • Virtual Intro Meeting (15 minutes)

  • One 2 hour in-person meeting

    • We will review hospital birth options, identify your goals and preferences, discuss what to expect during labor and delivery, review common comfort measures, and discuss ways labor support can help.  

  • Virtual Meeting between 36 and 38 weeks (30 minutes)

    • Get answers to follow up questions, adjust your birth plans based on any changes during your pregnancy, discuss packing for the hospital, and receive encouragement before your big day!

THE CLASSIC PACKAGE:  BIRTH DOULA SUPPORT

$750

Details:

  • Unlimited text/phone/email support from the time of signing.

  • Access to Amanda’s lending library

  • Community referrals as needed​

  • Two 1-hour prenatal meetings where we discuss hospital birth options, yourgoals & preferences informed consent/advocacy, comfort measures, and partner support planning.

  • Continuous labor support from active labor at the hospital through 1-2 hours postpartum.​

  • One 1-hour postpartum visit during your hospital stay for support, education, and a review of your birth.  

 

Booking fee of $200 is due at signing, remainder is due in full by 36 weeks.

THE PLATINUM PACKAGE:  COMPLETE WRAP-AROUND SUPPORT

Details:

  • All services included in the Classic Birth Package with the following add-ons: 

  • One extra 1-hour prenatal meetings where we fill in gaps of childbirth education and prepare and plan for postpartum.​​

  • ​Learning Materials are provided​

  • 8 hours of Postpartum Doula Support in the weeks following your birth.  

    • Get the benefit of postpartum support from the same person who was by your side through pregnancy and birth–who knows your family, your story, and can now help you on your journey as parents!   

    • Services Include: Light housework, meal prep, helping with baby while you shower or nap, emotional support and validation, grocery shopping, and generally taking care of the entire family within reasonable expectations.    Services must be between the hours of 8am-8pm.

    • Additional hours are available upon request at the regular rate of $25/hour.  

 

Booking fee of $300 is due at signing, remainder is due in full by 36 weeks.  Flexible payment plans can be made.
